Bridges Lighting Pros is an owner-operated outdoor lighting company based in Loganville, Georgia. We install permanent LED lighting on homes and businesses, run a seasonal holiday lighting program, and handle landscape, patio, café, wedding and event lighting across North Georgia — Gwinnett, Walton, Fulton, Hall, Jackson, DeKalb and Clarke counties, and the towns around their edges.
The business grew out of exterior work rather than out of a franchise territory. That shows up in how the jobs run: the person who quotes a property is the person who installs on it, and design happens standing in the yard instead of on a satellite image. It is a deliberately small operation. Small enough that you get the same two faces on the install and the service call, and small enough that we can answer a light-out call inside a day during the season.
We still hang temporary Christmas lights, and we are happy to. But we tell people the honest version first: if you are going to pay for professional holiday lighting three years running, a permanent system is usually the better purchase, and it does something the temporary version cannot.
A permanent installation is a colour-matched aluminium channel along the roofline holding individually addressable LEDs, with the wiring concealed. In daylight it is close to invisible. At night it can be warm white — which most people run as the default, and which reads as architecture rather than decoration — or any colour you like, on a schedule, from your phone. Nobody climbs a ladder in December. Nobody untangles anything in November. The system is doing something on a Tuesday in June, which is the part people underestimate before they own one.
Every job is priced per property after a site visit. For permanent lighting the number comes from linear feet of roofline, how many separate roof planes there are, access and height, and how much of the landscape and hardscape you want included. There is no square-foot rule that survives contact with a real house, which is why we do not give a price over the phone before seeing it.
You get the design and the price in writing before anything is scheduled. If we think a section of roofline is not worth lighting — and on complex roofs there usually is one — we will say so rather than quote it. Lighting every plane on a custom home makes it look like a car dealership.
Our seasonal holiday lighting works on a lease rather than a sale. We own the lights, we store them between seasons, and we replace anything that has aged out before it goes back on your house. That has three practical consequences worth understanding:
Takedown begins January 1st. The lights come down, get inspected, and get stored.
A few things come up often enough to be worth saying in advance.
If your house is heavily shaded on the front elevation and the roofline is barely visible from the road, roofline lighting is not the first thing to spend money on — uplighting the trees and the architecture usually does more for the property. If you are in a historic district or under a design-review HOA, we will find out what is actually permitted before designing something you cannot install. And if you want colour-changing lighting purely for four weeks in December, say so, because that may genuinely be a temporary-lighting job rather than a permanent one.
